Delicious Choices for the Earth @Kobe

We exhibited traditional Ryukyuan cuisine at a Slow Food event in Kobe City in late November 2020 to raise awareness and encourage environmentally friendly food choices embracing the word “delicious” as a doorway. We also presented a workshop on making traditional rice cake and lucky charms to introduce the Ryukyuan rice cake culture, which is essential for praying for good health and avoiding bad luck.
